  1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within one to two days of your order, and then take two to three business days to reach your doorstep. Please allow up to 5-7 business days to receive your order. You can also find additional details in our Shipping Policy.

  1. What's your return policy?

Please CONTACT US and we can process your return. Items must be in the original state, the same as it was sent, new and unused. We can issue you a refund for up to 30 days after purchase.

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the specified time frame. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. If you cancel your order but still receive the package, please CONTACT US.

  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

We do offer exchanges, CONTACT US and we can process your exchange for new items. Items must be in the original state, the same as it was sent, new and unused. We can issue you an exchange for up to 30 days after purchase.
